On Friday 10th August 2012 John Leech, MP for Manchester Withington and spokes-person for transport, visited Chester to speak to Liberal Democrat activists and supporters. He discussed the work of the coalition government and key Lib Dem achievements including raising the income tax threshold and the pupil premium. House of Lords Reform, bankers bonus' and the NHS reforms were also discussed.
