In a recent publication, the Tories proclaim that the Chester theatre is "approved". This will seem odd to many residents since the Tories have not yet selected a site, not got planning permission, not resolved "complex legal, financial and contractual issues" and not got funding. One wonders how this can be described as "approved". It seems that the Tories are still living in their own dream-world, but trying to persuade us that they are actually making progress. Many people are saying that they will believe it when they see it!
